Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)

This is an exciting opportunity for one of our clients based in Pune. It is a start-up that is creating a category in the real estate industry. We are looking for dynamic individuals with experience in B2B Sales, specifically Builders, Interior Decorators, Architects, POP Contractors, etc.

Potential Clients Repository :

- Gather information about potential clients and maintain an internal repository of the same.

- Ensure that the internal database is reviewed and updated periodically.

- Identify the right contact person/s in the client organization.

- Create and maintain a rapport/relationship with the concerned person in the client organization.

Client Interactions :

- Meet clients regularly and keep checking the possibility for the sale.

Product Awareness/Category Creation :

- Educate clients about the product including technical details and other relevant information.

- Understand client projects and suggest solutions that involve our product.

- Create awareness amongst client community

Proposals and follow-ups :

- Based on client inputs, create proposals and submit to the client post internal review with the CEO.

- Follow-up with the client for closure and onboarding.
