Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)
The Role:
Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales deals.
- You will need to have a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Your day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting and qualifying potential clients, conducting property showings and presentations, and negotiating contracts and deals.
- You will need to maintain strong relationships with clients and be able to handle objections and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- You will be expected to have excellent communication and customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience to clients.
- In this role, you will be expected to meet sales targets and work to achieve personal goals.
- Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- To take ownership of all the leads & religiously follow them for desired closure.
- To keep thoroughly abreast with competition & their activities including current pricing, offers, special features of the project & any other relevant information helpful for sales
- Seek help & regular information from CRM & Marketing department to ensure relevant feedback to the customers
Skills Required :
- Excellent Business Communication.
- MS Excel.
- Ability to get along with the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation - Full time.
- 2 years + exp in front line sales in aviation, BFSI, Hospitality etc.
