Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-4 yrs)
1. Attend customers/direct walk-ins at the site, answer their queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Should know the complete project details, location parameters to present to the customer.
3. Must achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, as set by the department, for the site.
4. Must be willing to work, as supervised by the sales head.
5. Respond to customers and follow-up on sales enquiries using the appropriate method.
6. Proper handover to the post sales department with required documentation and knowledge transfer.
7. Reporting & system update
