- Established in 2009, our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of Portable Cabins, these Portable cabins are designed using different materials like GI, MS, ACP, and PUF as per Client Preference.

- They have expanded their business by supplying quality portable cabins to their renowned customers like "Reliance" "Tata" "L&T" and have many successful commercial, industrial, and residential projects completed across the country. Several clients across different industries have placed their trust in them and have given them repeated orders.

The Job :

Your responsibilities include :

- Responsible for Sales of the company.

- Responsible for developing channel partners for the Projects.

- Meeting and greeting clients visiting the offices.

- Following up leads generated.

- Comparing a property to others in the area then convincing to customer.

- Pointing out a property's best feature to the buyer and answering their questions.

- Responsible for generating leads for business.

- Designing and implementing sales strategies for targeted revenue.

- Responsible for preparing the daily sales report.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing within Real Estate industry.

- Experience within would be a strong advantage.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
