Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-4 yrs)
We are hiring for Sales Executive for our Client.
Qualification: Any graduate
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1 to 5 Year (Preferred), we are open to freshmen as well.
Work Mode: Field Sales executive

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business development to identify new investors and clients.
- The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
- Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
- Managing activities pertaining to communication with customers and the marketing team.
- Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
- Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
- Manage a portfolio of listings.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
- Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- English, Hindi, and Telugu proficiency is required.
- Proven sales experience is preferred.
- Well-presented and a good work ethics.
- Has excellent problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
- Working knowledge of computer, such as MS Office.
