- Our client is a disruptive real-estate platform that makes it possible to buy/sell/rent a house without paying any brokerage
- Our client was started because all of us believed that paying hefty brokerage cannot be the only option to find a new home. As tenants, we have been paying these brokerages year on year without seeing any advantage of the broker. The only reason he existed was that there was a huge information asymmetry in the market. Our client is a platform that removes this information asymmetry and provides a marketplace for free exchange of this information that used to cost 1-2 months of rent as brokerage.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Organizing data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Any candidate with minimum 1 year experience.
- Candidates will be shortlisted if they have 75% in two courses and 60% in one course. However, exceptions can be given to anyone with 60% in each course.
- The candidates are required to have a laptop/desktop of their own and active internet connection and should be ready to work from the office.
- We are looking to hire candidates (Freshers/Experienced) from any Graduate/Post Graduate courses for the roles Sales Executive.
- The candidates should be proficient in English and Hindi (multilingual is also preferred) in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Knowledge in MS Excel and experience (if any) in the e-commerce sector (minimum 6 months-1 year) would be preferred, but not mandatory.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations/Support role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- Experience within National Sales would be a strong advantage.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
