Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can drive sales growth, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the development of our real estate and finance business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate and finance industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate and finance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Understand client needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build trust and credibility with clients through regular communication and updates.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate and finance sector.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
4. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise.
