Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our real estate projects.
- Close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and increasing sales revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
