Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for property sales executive working under marketing manager. The executive should be proactive in using a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills. It is a hard core sales field profile job.
Job description :
1) Ability to attend marketing calls and efficient in client handling.
2) Visit potential customers for business development.
3) Visit site and report to the marketing manager.
4) Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
5) Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
6) Represent your organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
7) Identify new markets and business opportunities
8) Record sales and send copies to the office
9) Review your own sales performance.
