Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Sales Executive.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Acquiring and managing relationships with clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Arranging and Scheduling Site Visits with clients.
- Understanding the project details to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients.
- Follow-up with customers.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales/ Relationship Manager or Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Excellent communication skills and willing to work in voice process and ready to work on weekends.
