Our Requirements:
Experience: 3 months + Real Estate experience
HSC/Any Graduate/MBA Marketing
- Good communication and confidence in Hindi, Marathi and English
- Should be comfortable with Site Visit Role and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project-specific sales.
- Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enables deal closure.
- Take ownership and initiative to hone real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate market
- Maintain cordial relationships with Prospective buyers and existing customers of the company.
6 days working / one weekly off
Work from Office
10am to 7pm
