Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive (Fresher and Experience)

Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 96

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: - 25,000 per month

Gender: Male/Female

Day Off: Thursday

Job Summary:

- We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team. This is an entry-level role that involves calling potential clients, meeting with them, and promoting real estate properties.


- Fluency in English and a passion for sales are key qualities we are looking for.


- If you're a motivated individual who enjoys direct client interaction, this is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote real estate properties.

- Schedule and attend meetings with clients to showcase available properties.

- Provide clients with information on property listings, market trends, and related services.

- Follow up with clients to answer queries, address concerns, and close deals.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities.

- Update client information and sales progress in the company CRM system.

- Assist in preparing property-related documents and agreements.

- Work in collaboration with the team to meet monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence and a friendly, professional attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory (fresher candidates are welcome).

- Male/Female candidates are both encouraged to apply.

- Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Office).
