The Job:

- Find new customers and develop opportunities to sell properties

- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and customers

- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and concerns

- Provide customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

- Perform market analysis to identify emerging markets, market trends and shifts

- Create proposals and bids for business.

- Being able to plan and implement sales strategies

- Negotiate on price, quantities, and specifications

- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or other events.

- Report on sales activities to management

Ideal Candidate:

Qualification and Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field

- 2 -3 yrs of experience in sales. Fresher can also apply

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Sales management experience

- The ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Immediate Joiners are preferred
