Handling the sales profile
- Real estate sales, flat selling
- Handling client on site negation give proper information .
- Calling clients with the leads provided and explaining them the construction project.
- Meeting clients during site visits explaining them the construction project.
- Demonstrating the project details to the clients on visit.
- Following up with the clients after their visit is completed.
- Negotiating with clients and convincing them to purchase the property
- Maintaining records of clients after their purchase.
- Recovery of payments to be done with clients as per the stage of construction.
- Once the project is complete giving them possession of the property.
- Attending exhibition & conclave whenever required.
- Its a office job and the candidate need not travel.
