The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Showcase property features and benefits.
- Achieve sales targets with effective strategies.
- Generate leads via networking, referrals, and marketing.
- Customize property recommendations to customer needs.
- Efficiently negotiate and close deals.
- Assist with property purchase paperwork.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors.
- Maintain accurate sales records.
Ideal Candidate
- Candidates must be fluent in Marathi in order to effectively liaise with the Stakeholders of the region.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Client relationship-building ability.
- Proven results in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about real estate sales.
Experience: - 2-4 Experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries
Location:- On-site (Kothrud), Pune.
Education: - MBA (Marketing Specialization) or any related field.
