Roles and Responsibilities
- The main role is to handle the customers and persuade them to buy / lease client properties available with us.
- Generating client leads (Buyers / Sellers ) via social channels, networking & cold calling etc.
- Arranging customer visits based on their mode (Purchase / Rent) & showing them respective properties.
- Excellent in closing deals, retaining clients & getting repeat business.
- Should be good in Selling, properties of individuals and corporate. (B2C & B2B)
- Taking care of Marketing and promotional activities.
- Solid Business Development and Marketing experience
- Real Estate knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work independently & with minimal supervision
- Positive demeanor, enthusiastic & a go-getter attitude.
- Should be confident & assertive.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Professional, honest & should maintain strong integrity in this line of business.
- Good communication
