Executive - Sales - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our residential real estate channel partner company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as live leads, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Meet with clients to understand their property requirements and recommend appropriate properties.
- Conduct site visits and accompany clients to the property to answer any questions they may have.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients while maintaining ethical and professional business practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

Requirements :
