- Figure out the potential of projects and do tie-ups with them.
- Handling clients to solve their queries and also rent / sell them Commercial / Residential properties.
- Existing client for the Site visits and helping to choose the property.
- Conducting events and worksites in various organization's to reach customers.
- Convincing the customers to buy / lease the product.
- Prospecting clients through mediums such as the Internet, Personal contacts, company Databases.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, effectively convert leads into business.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
- Collection of revenue & compilation of Sales reports (MIS).
- Market survey to get relevant inventory for the client through social and public media marketing skills.
