Executive - Sales - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
We are hiring for the post of Sales Executive for the leading Real Estate Company.
Location : Vikhroli ( W )
Qualification : HSC / Graduate
- Good Communication with decent Personality.
- Fresher's are welcome
- Having Real-Estate Product Knowledge will be added advantage Like- Land(N.A./Agricultural), Flats(Residential/Commercial), Bungalow, Villa, Row-Houses Etc.
- Ready to visit the Site & Client Place for Meetings or Product Presentation.
Job Profile :
- Handling clients to solve their query and also sell them residential & Commercial projects
- Making Site visits to clients in Residential & Commercial projects.
- Meeting with the clients and explaining the details of projects/venture.
- Conducting events and worksites in various organizations to reach the customers.
- Convincing the customers to buy the product /flats.
- Prospecting clients through mediums such as Internet, Personal contacts, company
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
- Follow up & Co-ordination with the clients.
- To make site visits with the clients.
- To draw payment plans of the customers / dues recovery
Weekly-off on Monday.
Salary: 13,000 to 17,000(Negotiable during interview) + Handsome Incentives on Every Deal.
