Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Sales personnel.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
- Building and maintaining a network of clients.
- Organizing data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
-Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products/services.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct in-person meetings with potential customers to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Sales Support or Real Estate Consulting role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You have working knowledge of brokerage and communication
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
-You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
