Urgent Opening for Marketing Executive for a leading Real Estate Industry.
Eligibility Criteria : MBA Freshers with good communication & Presentation skills, Bike is Mandate
Salary : 15k +TA+Incentives
Responsibilities :
1. Identify potential customers and establish contact to promote Real Estate sales.
2. Conduct various sales promotional activities from time to time, as directed by Sales & Marketing Head.
3. Respond sale enquiries of new and existing customers.
4. Organised site visits and convert maximum site visits into sales.
5. Complete sale proceedings/documentation as per the Company guidelines.
6. Meet monthly/annual sales targets.
7. Prepare monthly MIS/sales reports.
8. Maintain good relations with existing and new customers.
Compensation : 50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A. Travelling Allowances,incentives a part from the fixed salary.
