Responsibilities :
1. Calling & speaking to HNI's (High Networth Individuals) and understanding the plans for their future investment goals
2. Managing details of HNI's on the CRM and building a relation for future business opportunities
3. Learning about the luxury real estate market of Mumbai
4. Closely identifying and executing new business opportunities
5. Managing and motivating the team to cross sell business opportunities
5. Organize meetings for the On field Business Development team to close deals
6. Accompany the leadership team in high profile meetings and understand on how to close deals in order to learn and execute the same in the future
