Executive - Sales - Real Estate (0-1 yrs)
Looking immediately for Sales Executive
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Execute the entire direct sales cycle till closing the deal
2. Need to offer an excellent customer experience at all level of the sales cycle.
3. Need to have clear enter departmental co-ordination regarding back-end process.
4. Handling walk In
5. Doing a survey of micro market periodically
6. Co-ordination with back office
7. Attending Property Expo
8. Giving information about projects, customer follow-ups
9. Site visits
10. Market survey
11. Resolving customers doubt
12. Lead generation and meeting appointment
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : Candidate should have 0-1 years of work experience as a sales executive.
Education :
- (UG Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.B.A / B.M.S - Management) AND (PG- Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Marketing)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with clients across the world.
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
- Good knowledge of getting quality leads for Real Estates
- Should be flexible working hours when required.
- Achieving business targets.
- The technical aptitude to master our sales tools
- A highly self-driven sense of motivation
- Should be Target Oriented and proven track record in the same.
