Executive - Sales - Real Estate (0-1 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties to prospective buyers. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and build a strong network of potential buyers through various channels such as referrals, networking events, online platforms, and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends, property values, and competitive landscape to effectively position and market our properties.
-Showcase and demonstrate properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the sale, including negotiation, preparing sales agreements, and assisting buyers with financing options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and property exhibitions to represent the company and create new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and property listings using CRM software.
- Stay informed about real estate regulations, legal requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and ethical conduct.
- Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents, brokers, and property developers, to leverage resources and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and effectively influence buying decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads and sales activities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required, to accommodate client schedules and attend industry events.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe, as required by local regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
