We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, hardworking and professional individual for a Real Estate Company, who are experienced in property sales to clients and promoting our business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their career in real estate.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist clients/ customers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Attending Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.
- Interact with clients to determine business requirements
- Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically
- Maintain good relationships with customers and promote the Products uniqueness.
- Showing Residential properties and demonstrating the features and benefits of available Inventory oblique properties & with experience in the real estate sales sector.
- Determining client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Managing client queries on phone & converting tele-conversation into a personal meeting
- Achieving targets as set out by the organisation
Skills required:
- Good communication and sales capability with a steep learning curve
- Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary:
Fixed Salary :20,000/- 40,000/-
- Best in the industry and as per experience & knowledge of the candidate + incentives per month
- Any Graduate/MBA Freshers can also apply
Benefits: SIM + Conveyance will be provided by the company and Incentives will be provided based on the sales
