Executive - Sales - Quality Inspection & Certification Firm (1-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Supervise and organize the activities, including planning, visits, reports and results
- Set appropriate and effective objectives and targets for testing services.
- Coach team to meet agreed objectives
- Motivate team to constantly strive to deliver outstanding services and provide extra-mile support
- Ensure client requirements and operational metrics are met in daily operations
- Responsible to promote Lab services in the state of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, UP, Rajasthan and J&K.
- Responsibility for new customer acquisition, relationship management and business growth to ensure the company becomes the service provider of choice to a greater share of the market.
- Build relationship with consultants in the region to ensure healthy business transactions with them
- Acquire Key clients in the region in collaboration with other regions sales personnel
- Be abreast of trends and customer requirements and to consolidate market intelligence to adjust strategy.
- Maintain a healthy collection of 45 days as per finance guidelines
- Be abreast with marketing and promotional activities and participate in fairs, conferences, etc. to promote Company in the Delhi and northern states.
- Liaise with various state govt. departments to be abreast with latest requirements and customize solutions accordingly
- At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of employees in line with Company policies and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile :
Job Location - Delhi
Qualification:- Graduate
The candidate must have minimum 1-2 years experience, preferred from Inspection, Pharma & Service industry.
Salary would be up to 25,000/- depending on present salary & experience.
