Executive - Sales - Publishing (1-10 yrs)
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
- Maintain relationships with customer by providing support, information, and guidance
- Attend Digital Enquiry and respond to the customer's requirements
- Respond to customers' questions and Direct customers by escorting them to respective product/ category
- Serve customers by helping them select products
