Key Responsibilities :
- Performing customized targeted sales strategies
- Sharing information about the organization and the services we provide by following sales scripts
- Facilitating future sales
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
- Maintaining record of calls through computerized system
- Collecting and updating call information
- Engaging customer during a phone call with questions
- Updating database of prospective client information
- Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
Key Skills :
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
