Executive - Sales - Plywood (2-4 yrs)
Role : To aggressively promote Fineply products in an assigned geography within the dealer network, influences and end users, so as to gain increased market share.
The Job entails :
- Customer visits as per Permanent Journey plan.
- Daily Reporting
- Market profile updation on regular basis
- Achieve Monthly Sales & Collection targets
- Overseer demand generation activities with influencer and end users.
- Overseer BTL activities within the geography to build Brand visibility and salience
- Age : Between 25-27 years.
Educational Qualifications :
- Must be a Graduate with at least 50% marks.
- An MBA may be preferred.
- Experience : Between 2-4 years. Preferably in Building Material industry and having worked in Dealer Networks and with Influencers.
Competencies :
- Good communication
- An extrovert who is capable of building good customer relations.
- High result orientation
- "Never say die" attitude.
- Good analytical ability
Compensation : As per Industry norms and experience. The package shall include Fixed and variables pay.
