Executive - Sales - Plumbing/Bathroom Fittings (2-5 yrs)
Job Details :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the plumbing, bathroom fittings, or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the target companies and their business needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls and emails.
- Present and promote company products and services to target companies.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in inside sales or tele sales , preferably targeting companies in the bathroom fittings or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
