Required Position Details
Designation - Sales Officer (AM/ DM level)
Reporting to Regional Head
Salary Package (per annum) 3 to4 lacs + perks as per Company Rules
Education Details -
Graduation/ Post Graduation
Graduate / Diploma or any other engineer with relevant experience
Experience Details
Total Experience(in years) - 5 to 7 years
Preferred Industry/Company - Plywood Industry
Relevant Experience(in years) - 2 to 4 years of buildings materials
Preferred Current Position - Exe. / Sr. Exe. / Asst Mgr / Sales
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Responsible Mainly to generate secondary sales for Distributors
- Will work in designated area
- Will visit all the pipe/sanitary/paint/cement and building material counters
- Will generate orders from above counters and will place it to the assigned distributor
- Will make sure that secondary sales in tune of 50% of budget of the assigned distributor
- Will prepare the route map of territory and will adhere to the route plan for the month
- Will disseminate the scheme information and will implement the scheme designed for dealers
- Will ensure the placement of our products at retail counters
- Will develop and cultivate relationship with counters
- Achieve the sales revenue target in the assigned territory
- Channel Development and Infrastructure (Distributors / Retailers)
- Monitor the performance of distributors, preferred retailers & take corrective actions
- Handling Dealership related issues and challenges, achieving dealer business plan (for sales, manpower recruitment, funds, coverage, activities).
- Along with Technical Officer take initiative to organize dealer meets, Retailer meets, Builder meets, Contractor meets, Architect Meets & Mason meets and also implement company advertising policy
