Executive - Sales - Plastic (3-8 yrs)
- Responsible of primary & secondary achievement & effective man power handling
- Developing a strong/distribution network
- Promoting and handling sales of plastic products or plastic packaging solutions
- Responsible for generating demand & promotional activities
- Drive In-Market Activations in the designated area to achieve sales target
- Arrange Dealers meets,
- Arrange meetings with Key accounts and customer
- Contributing for New Product Development
- Planning & scheduling individual/ team strategy to achieve the pre set goals within time.
- Tracking market/ competitor trends to keep abreast the changing market requirement and utilizing the team information for generating market awareness and knowledge of competitors.
- Identifying gaps in the market focus target customers and concentrate on distribution & effective coverage to increase market share as well as product availability in the target market.
- Conceptualizing, creating & implementing strategic business plans for achieving the assigned targets on time and within defined timeline
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Diploma/ degree holder with 3+ years of experience into Sales Management, key accounts management, dealer management, nee product management and business development.
- Should have strong exposure of Plastic product, plastic raw material, plastic solutions.
- Very good analytical, communication and presentation skills

UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG : Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
