Responsibilities :
Identifying Channel/Distribution Network Potential :
- Analyze market data and trends to identify potential areas for channel and distribution network expansion.
- Evaluate existing and potential dealerships to maximize market coverage and penetration.
Preparation and Tracking of Dealership LOI and Activation:
- Prepare Letters of Intent (LOI) for dealership agreements and track their progress.
- Coordinate with dealerships to ensure timely activation and commencement of operations.
Preparation of Dealership Activation Project Plan :
- Develop detailed project plans for dealership activations, outlining key milestones and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
Agreement with Dealers - Documentation/Financial/Commercial/Formalities :
- Facilitate the agreement process with dealerships, including documentation, financial negotiations, and other commercial formalities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Planning & Execution of Dealership - Manpower, Infrastructure, Training Sales & After Sales :
- Plan and execute dealership setup activities, including manpower recruitment, infrastructure development, and training programs for sales and after-sales teams.
- Monitor dealership performance and provide support as needed to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Industry Volume/Market Size Planning - Achieving & Monitoring Maintenance of Market Share :
- Analyze industry volume and market size to develop strategies for achieving and maintaining market share.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Provides Sales Management Information by Completing Reports :
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales and distribution activities.
Coordination with People Across Teams & Levels :
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment of dealership activities with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to drive project success.
