Executive - Sales - Pharma & Lab Equipment (1-4 yrs)
The role will involve direct sales, client relationship management, and business development at a PAN India level.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Conduct field visits to promote products, focusing on clients in the pharma and lab equipment sectors
- Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and closure
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Travel frequently across India to meet client needs and explore new business opportunities
Requirements :
- Proven experience in field sales
- Previous experience with pharma or lab equipment sales is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of various sales techniques and pipeline management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Educational background in Science is a plus
