Location - Mohali WFH/WFO both.
Experience - Min. 1 year
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Handle customer queries Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Required Candidate Profile : Graduates & Post Grads are welcome.
- ED-Tech and Medical Pharma sales experience Good Communication Skills with the instinct to understand customer needs (Fluency in Hindi & English).
- Computer basics. You should be passionate about work, learning, and growth.
- Looking for immediate or have only 15 days notice period.
Note- Candidate should be excellent with convincing skills and English communication.
