Executive - Sales - Personal Banking (1-3 yrs)
Overview :
The Personal Banking Sales Executive is responsible for building relationships and driving sales of personal banking products. This role involves understanding clients' financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new personal banking clients through networking and outreach
- Conduct consultations to assess financial needs and recommend banking products
- Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Stay updated on personal banking products and market trends
- Provide regular sales reports to management
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of sales experience in personal banking or financial services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with personal banking products (loans, mortgages, credit cards)
- Goal-oriented and track record of achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel locally and engage with the community
