Executive - Sales - Packaging (1-4 yrs)
- Meet sales and collection target of assigned area customer
- Guide, monitor and motivate distributor sales team
- Keep healthy business relationship with distributor customer and retailers
- Coordinating with back office plant and business development team.
- Control outstanding and overdue payment
- Add new customer and application for current and new product
- Explore new market for business growth
- Channel assessment and appointment of new distributor dealer and retailer
- Prepare business analysis report take corrective actions to meet business goals.
- Carry out sales & brand promotion activities.
- Prepare techno commercial proposals.
- Presentation to customer on product range explain feature advantage and benefit
- Organizing customer/retail/dealer meets.
- Device sales and marketing strategy for existing market and sales share gain
- Monitor competitor activities and give timely feedback to management
- Market mapping for current and new product
- Market share analysis and plan to improve reach and share gain
- Timely submission of report and MIS to the management
- Coordinate/ Follow up with factory, sales coordinator and business development team
- Generate customer/retailer data base at application/product level.
- Identify customer need with respect to our product and service.
- Attend customer complaints; follow up with plant to resolve
- Implement sales promotion scheme
