We are looking for a candidate who has experience into sales - sales of packaging solutions from any industry for our manufacturing client at Bangalore Location.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

- Execute selling activities within a geographic territory (Mainly focus on South India)

- Execute selling activities for entire product portfolio towards assigned major customer accounts

- Identify and generate sales prospects and be accountable for developing relationships with these prospects

- Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.

- Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute Value Proposition.

- Demonstrate products and/or services and provide assistance in the best application of product and/or services.

- Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) in assigned territory, and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.

- Conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers.

- Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining effective agreements.

- Use account management skills to plan and execute customer marketing/growth programs for customers.

- Creatively develop new applications for product lines.

- Complete customer call reports, pipeline reports, sales forecast reports in a timely and accurate manner

- Ensure order fulfillment

- Communicate and handle issues / complaint

- Supports and participate trade shows or promotional campaign

- Report and communicate market trend and customer needs

- Report and communicate competitor intelligence
