Executive - Sales - Outbound - Software Product Startup (0-1 yrs)
We work with some of the premium Software Product startups in India and we currently have an opportunity for an International Sales Development Representative position with my client.
We are looking for individuals with a Master's degree from a Premium institute/ A grade management institutes and are interested in pursuing your career in Marketing & Sales.
The Company is a community and enterprise SaaS platform that allows users and businesses to create interactive real-time guides on their and third party websites. It is a patent pending cloud platform, using which product teams can self-curate interactive guides & integrate across all user touch points. The company is backed up by investments from Helion Ventures, TA Ventures, PowerHouse Ventures, Hanwha along with other Angel investors. They have recently received the Second round of funding and is currently expanding its Sales team.
What we are looking for-
You could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves; when engaging with potential leads, you know how pushy is too pushy and can tailor your pitches to specific customers. If yes, we are looking for you!!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls from our database, schedule a tele appointment and educate them about the company offering and convince them to purchase services of the company
- Work directly with customer via telephone and email for healthy sales.
- Follow up with customer for any customer service related issues.
- Maintain accurate daily report and record of sales in sales tracker.
- Past experience of achieving sales target and superior closing skills.
- Should be willing to work in the US Time Zone .
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Should be computer savvy.
- Strong customer service and telesales skills.
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Salary would be best in the industry
