Executive - Sales Operations (2-4 yrs)
Position Overview :
The role will entail gaining a thorough understanding of the Accounts that have been identified as an opportunity. The incumbent will be in charge of not only adding new key accounts to the growing marketing funnel but also developing account-level intelligence and nurturing these prospects sufficiently to help sales close deals. Working alongside our enterprise sales managers, this role is ideal for those looking to advance their business development skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Gather and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources like CRM systems, social media, and sales platforms to ensure the information is accurate, clean, and ready for analysis.
- Ability to understand our business solutions and align them with prospects.
- Act as a link between the sales, marketing, and other internal teams, ensuring that customer/prospect requirements are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner
- Build and maintain an account map, plan for each customer, and establish first contact with key stakeholders in your accounts.
- Monitor progress and status of each prospect opportunity
- Assist business functions in running business enablement campaigns
- Daily update of the CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
