Executive - Sales Operation - Marketing Services (1-3 yrs)
Job Purpose:
In this role, you will work with various international- partners to distribute our growing catalog of content & optimize existing processes, to ensure high efficiency and quality
Description:
- Responsible for overseeing- operations.
- Liaise with and confirm vendor and supplier services/products within the assigned timeframe, and
generate contracts for confirmed services-
- Product Handling and healthy relationship with the Suppliers.
- Follow ups with Suppliers, acquisition and increasing business through the Suppliers.
- Managing quality assurance.
- Establish and grow contacts with relevant Suppliers to identify business opportunities.
- Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (booking, account & sales).
- Coordinate itineraries with Suppliers.
- Knowledge of Tourism DMC products will be advantage.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Submitting Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly report
- Time-management, planning and organizing skills
- Discipline and stress resistant.
- Flexible, hard-working and team player Limits of authority to ensure that the clients- expectations are met by offering high-quality information content as well as high quality services.
Working conditions:
Work 6 days in a week.
