Executive - Sales & Operation - Auto/Vehicle (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Maintain inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
2. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, train, and mentor the store team, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing training to staff to enhance their automotive knowledge and sales skills.
- Schedule and manage employee shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
3. Sales and Customer Service:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed store revenue targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory replenishment and product orders.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
5. Marketing and Promotions:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase store traffic and sales.
- Ensure that all in-store promotions and displays are well-maintained and aligned with company objectives.
- Represent the brand at local events or community activities to drive visibility and customer engagement.
6. Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage store financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of store sales, expenses, and daily transactions.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
7. RTO / Insurance / PM E Drive:
- Need to ensure : RTO / Insurance / PM E Drive / Customer Satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field is a plus).
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of automobile products, parts, and accessories.
- Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using retail management software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
