Executive - Sales - On Premise - Liquor (3-7 yrs)

Role Mission : This position would be responsible for maintaining and growing strategic On- Premise accounts Build & drive profitable volume & brand mix growth in compliance.
1. Achieve agreed sales targets through effective territory coverage.
2. Promote product and consumer awareness in compliance with local law.
3. Drive quality visibility for the brand across institutions.
4. Identify shelf- space in prime outlets and put up proposals for securing them.
5. Constantly look for new market opportunities and recommend appointment of new accounts, programmes, incentives, schemes etc.
6. Systematically develop MIS, report competition activities.
7. Ensure monthly reporting of objectives and results achieved including route plan accounting and territory coverage.
8. Implement sales development initiatives like Merchandising, shelf norms.
9. Seek ways to increase efficiency and productivity on assigned account.
