Job Description :

- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Gautam Buddha Nagar. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our office automation products and services to both businesses and individual customers. This position requires a candidate who is highly communicative, persuasive, and able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with prospective customers to market and sell office automation products and services.

- Initiate contact with potential customers and effectively pitch our product offerings.

- Establish and manage relationships with resellers in the market to secure regular orders.

- Maintain and nurture healthy relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the management team.

- Demonstrate a keen understanding of customer needs and execute orders accordingly.

- Prepare and submit quotations and offers to customers and leads.

- Handle all inquiries and orders for different locations within the assigned territory.

- Be willing to travel to customer locations to meet their needs.

- Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales projections and targets.

- Monitor actual sales performance against established sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Excellent communication skills and convincing abilities.

- Strong presentation skills.

- Previous experience in business development or sales.

- Familiarity with office automation products (printers, photocopiers, IFPD, interactive panels, smart boards, AV equipment) is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented and self-motivated.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
