Job Description :
As a Sales Executive for Nuts & Bolts Manufacturing Company, your main responsibility is to drive sales and contribute to the growth of the company. You will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base, generating revenue, and achieving sales targets. Working closely with the Sales Head and the sales team, you will actively participate in implementing sales strategies and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities :
Sales Target Achievement : Collaborate with the Sales Head and team to set and achieve sales targets aligned with company goals and objectives.
Customer Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
Sales Strategy Execution : Assist in executing sales strategies to increase market presence and expand the customer base.
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Actively seek out new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Product Knowledge : Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Order Management : Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
