About the Role
We are looking for Sales professionals to help realise our vision of making mental health support accessible at every workplace. The role entails driving business development activities&building market share in the mental health/Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) space focusing on corporatesand HR consulting companies.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and a self-driven person who thrives in sales and can:
- Drive sales process from lead generation to closure
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Design sales strategies
- Research and qualify business opportunities
- Coordinate with SAL's supporting teams including counsellors and marketing team to ensure seamless experience for the client
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in business administration or a related field
- 1-2 years previous experience in the field of sales / business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationships skills
- Self-starter& a Go-getter with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with flexible work timings and travelling
- English Language fluency
Location- Be based in Western Suburbs of Mumbai
