We're Hiring a Sales Executive -Modern Trade -
Designation Retail Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai -Mulund
Experience: 2-3 years of Retail Sales experience in Gourmet Food ( Cheese, Chocolate, Gourmet Spices, Bakery Products, etc)
Salary: - 4-5L PA
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute sales strategies across modern trade stores and e-commerce platforms.
2. Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and online partners.
3. Ensure optimal product placement and visibility across all channels.
4. Monitor stock levels, coordinate with supply chain, and ensure timely replenishment.
5. Track sales performance, analyze data, and implement plans to achieve targets.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries about the product range
.7. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in gourmet food or FMCG.Familiarity with modern trade and online sales platforms.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-driven with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
