Executive - Sales - Medical Devices (2-7 yrs)
- Ensure customers satisfaction in terms of service and time service.
- Generate revenue through Service Sales (Parts, Consumables, Spares, CMC, AMC etc.)
- Upgrade the current / old equipment's used by customers
- Generate leads for product sales
- Meet new customers to grow the Customer base and capture new contracts
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining service Sales logs and internal sales records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
1. Technical and Educational
- Required knowledge pertaining to Service contracts available for various equipment's
- Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
- Any relevant degree

- Exhibit prompt reporting/ problem solving skills
