Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Sales Executive with experience in medical equipment sales, who is comfortable with 100% travel.
- This position involves extensive on-site client interactions to build relationships and achieve sales targets, primarily with healthcare providers, administrators, and procurement teams throughout the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Prospecting & Relationship Building:
- Identify, engage, and establish relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics.
- Travel extensively to conduct in-person meetings with potential and existing clients, ensuring optimal relationship management.
Sales Presentations & Equipment Demonstrations:
- Conduct on-site presentations and live product demonstrations, providing relevant technical information to each healthcare setting.
- Communicate the benefits and applications of medical equipment effectively to various stakeholders.
Contract Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate and finalize contracts following company policies and sales goals.
- Address client inquiries, resolve objections, and close sales successfully.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct ground-level research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare needs.
- Provide insightful feedback to management to support strategic planning.
Documentation:
- Document all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the database system.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on sales performance, travel schedules, and client feedback.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with service, delivery, and support teams to ensure efficient equipment delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and industry updates.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical equipment sales or healthcare products.
- Proven success in a role requiring extensive travel and client engagement.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment, healthcare facilities, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Commitment to 100% travel with the ability to manage a travel-intensive schedule.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility for regional travel, including potential overnight stays as needed.
