Executive - Sales - Medical Devices (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary
Responsible for achieving sales and market share targets in the assigned state/territory by promoting our products to clinicians & surgeons across the healthcare value chain and building relationships with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsible for Achieving Sales Figures in Assigned Territory month on month.
2. Responsible for achieving focus product targets - both quantity and value - month on month.
3. Ensure coverage of all accounts based on customer segmentation within territory through grassroots sales techniques like scheduling appointments, drop-by to potential customers, making initial presentations, understanding account requirements & needs of potential customers.
4. To close sales/leads by building rapport with potential account by explaining surgical techniques, features and benefits of our product range.
5. To maintain and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in coordination with marketing team
6. To ensure productive demos and maintain healthy demo-to-sales closure ratio.
7. Responsible for preparation of quotations, negotiations on price, delivery and specifications with buyers and other involved stakeholders.
8. To maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities.
9. Responsible for handling customer issues through cross-functional coordination (service, finance, operations, logistics) to achieve absolute customer delight.
10. To participate in various congresses, seminars, workshops and close follow-up on leads generated through these events.
11. To support in tender management.
